5. Workpiece unloading:

  • If the test is qualified, the vacuum chamber door opens automatically.
  • If the test fails, the operator manually confirms and the vacuum chamber door opens.
  • If an alarm occurs during the detection process, the operator manually confirms and clears the alarm status.
